Privacy
SoberHearted exists for people in recovery, and recovery is nobody else’s business. That shapes every choice below.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
Your email address, the page you were on, how you got here (the referring site or campaign link), your approximate location (city and region, derived from your connection, not GPS), and your browser and device type. We use this to contact you about SoberHearted and to understand where founding members come from.
What we measure on the site
We run our own first-party analytics: pages viewed, links clicked, how far people scroll, and time on page. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. Your IP address is hashed with a secret key before it is stored, so the stored value cannot be turned back into your address. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
- Show your name, photo, or membership without your explicit choice.
- Put anything on a card statement or in an email subject that reveals sobriety.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Site analytics are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted.
Your choices
